Clearwater has 2 Online bill payment options:
KanPay Credit and debit card purchases/payments will have a 2.5% fee added to each transaction. If you would like to pay your bill Online with KanPay you can pay here and click the Utility Bill in the Transaction Item and input your service address and amount to pay.
For payments made through UB Online a flat surcharge fee of $2.75 plus the $1.25 transaction fee is added totaling $4 for each transaction made.
